The mission is simple. The vision is universal. The travel will be medicine.
Our mission is to uplift the hearts and minds of all the youth, parents, and elders of reservations and urban communities as well as to connect and encourage the diverse movements of people throughout Turtle Island (North & South America) who are taking responsibility for the healing of our Mother Earth.
As song makers, performing artists, and educators, we are aware of the power of music to influence our young people. We know that with our gifts, we have the power to inspire hope and to highlight issues that are in need of resolution and healing. We can no longer ignore this pain or its medicine that we find in music and creative expression. It is time to remember our balance and to step forward with renewed courage and understanding.
The short term objective is to use our gifts responsibly for the healing of ourselves, our families, and our communities. Through determination, respect, love for life, dialog, creativity we will remember to live as one, once again.
The long term objective is a generation of intelligent coherent spiritual human beings–always remembering their responsibility to our Mother Earth and the respect for all other living beings.
With this vision we will continue to live and evolve to where we came from.
